Deployments

The Deployments tab is where you manage updates for your devices. A deployment is created with a firmware asset attached. A Deployment can be in one of two states:

• Active - Devices will received this update when they check in
• Draft/Inactive - The firmware asset will not be delivered to devices

From the list view you can:

• See the status of a deployment (active or inactive)
• Delete a deployment by clicking on the trash can icon. This will also delete the associated firmware asset.
• Activate or deactivate a deployment by clicking on the circle icon with a dot in the center.
• Click on a deployment to see a details view

From the details view you can:

• See the status of a deployment (active or inactive)
• See details about the deployment’s assets
• Delete a deployment by clicking on the trash can icon. This will also delete the associated firmware asset.
• Activate or deactivate a deployment by clicking on the appropriate button
• Edit the name and description of the deployment
