Deployments
The Deployments tab is where you manage updates for your devices. A deployment is created with a firmware asset attached. A Deployment can be in one of two states:
- Active - Devices will received this update when they check in
- Draft/Inactive - The firmware asset will not be delivered to devices
From the list view you can:
- See the status of a deployment (active or inactive)
- Delete a deployment by clicking on the trash can icon. This will also delete the associated firmware asset.
- Activate or deactivate a deployment by clicking on the circle icon with a dot in the center.
- Click on a deployment to see a details view
From the details view you can:
- See the status of a deployment (active or inactive)
- See details about the deployment’s assets
- Delete a deployment by clicking on the trash can icon. This will also delete the associated firmware asset.
- Activate or deactivate a deployment by clicking on the appropriate button
- Edit the name and description of the deployment
